TopoKin

TopoKin is an offline topo map app that keeps families and friends together in the backcountry, even with no cell signal. Connect it to see your TopoKin group in the conversation: • Catch up on what your group said: plans, questions, places and drawings shared to the group. • Find peaks, springs, lakes, trails and Forest Service roads by name from TopoKin's U.S. maps, and get their coordinates. • Share places (one or a whole list, in a folder), outlined areas and short messages to everyone's map. Privacy first: the assistant joins your group as a visible "AI helper" member that anyone can remove, and it can never see anyone's location. Connecting takes a one-time code from the TopoKin app (Group › Add AI helper).
