Meeting across time zones means someone is often up early or late. Time of Meeting helps you find the overlap in working hours and pick a time that’s fair to everyone. Name two to eight cities and get up to three suggested times. Each one comes with a score and the reasons behind it. Work hours are 9:00–17:00 local. Early and late hours count against a slot, and night hours count more. A public holiday in any city lowers a slot and is named in the answer. You can also: - See the work-hour overlap for a single date. - Convert a local time to other cities, or check the time now. - List public holidays for a country, region, or city. - See when clocks change, and whether a planned time falls in a skipped or repeated hour. - Count days or working days, add working days to a date, find the last Friday of a month, and get ISO and US week numbers. - Get a link that opens the meeting in the Time of Meeting planner, plus text to paste, a calendar file, an add-to-Google-Calendar link, or a QR code. There’s no login and nothing to install. Every tool is read-only and only computes answers from built-in city, time zone, and holiday data. No tool changes anything or contacts other services.
