Santara AI is property management software for short-term rentals. Connect it to Claude to work with your own workspace in plain language. Ask who arrives today and whether the rooms are clean, which nights are empty next month, how revenue compares by property, or which guests are waiting for a reply. Claude reads your real calendar, bookings, guests, inbox, cleaning, tickets, reviews and revenue. It can also do the work: block or open dates, set nightly prices and minimum stays, open and update maintenance tickets, and assign cleans. Anything a guest would read — replies, upsell offers, review replies — and every booking or expense change waits for your yes in the chat, showing the exact change first. Billing, workspace settings, team members and channel connections are never available. Owners and admins choose what runs at once and what asks first in Santara AI, which also logs every action. Claude can never do more than your own role allows, and you can disconnect at any time in Settings → Channels → Apps.
