Salla, the Saudi e-commerce platform, lets merchants run their store from a conversation with Claude, in Arabic or English. Connect your store once, then ask. What you can do: - Orders: look up orders, status history, invoices and shipments; update a status or add a note. - Products and stock: browse products, variants, SKUs, categories and stock; create products; change prices, stock, variants and options; add product images. - Customers: find customers and their purchase history; review abandoned carts and get their recovery links. - Reviews: read what customers say about your products. - Reports: sales and trends, best sellers and profit, customers, shipping, payments, coupons, wallets, affiliates and more. - Daily snapshot: recent orders, abandoned carts and low stock in one summary. - Store design: branding, contact details, social links, menus, homepage sections, landing pages and themes. Who it's for: Salla merchants and their teams who want quick answers and routine changes without clicking through the dashboard. How it works: - It reaches only the store you connect, with the permissions you grant. It can't see other stores. - Looking things up changes nothing. Changes go through separate write tools that ask for your approval, and product, variant and option edits show a before-and-after preview that applies only after you confirm. - It can't take payments, issue refunds, create discounts or coupons, delete products or manage staff accounts. Changing an order's status can still trigger Salla's own automations, such as customer notifications, refunds or invoices. - Reports come from Salla's merchant reports and show totals; recent activity can take time to appear. - Customer data is limited to what each task needs: lists show names, and contact details appear only for a single customer, order or cart, or when you ask. - Some changes reach shoppers right away, such as prices, stock, order status and published design changes.
