PropCode reads the planning rules for properties in NSW, Victoria, the ACT and Tasmania: a property's zone, its planning controls and overlays, its Rapid Planning Report, and in NSW whether each kind of development can be built as complying development. Connect it and Claude can: - Find a property by address and read its zone, controls and overlays. - Read the Pro report for a property your team has unlocked (currently NSW complying development only): for each land use, whether it can be built as complying development, under which code, and the rules that apply. - Generate and read Rapid Planning Reports, which sets out a property's planning rules by land use and approval pathway from its planning documents. - Read the legislation a report cites. - List the properties your team has unlocked, check your team's credits, and send feedback to PropCode. Searching, zones and overlays are free, and so are the Pro reports for three NSW sample properties, such as 32 Holden Street, Maroubra. Reading any other property's reports needs it unlocked for your team, which spends one of your team's credits. Claude asks you before every unlock, and an unlock never buys anything. When your team has no credits, Claude shows what you can buy, with prices and links to PropCode's checkout, where you pay. Unlocking a property your team has already unlocked is free, and so are its reports. You sign in with your PropCode account, and Claude works as you, in your current PropCode team, with its credits.
