ProofPrice answers one question for AI agents: what did people actually pay for X, here, recently? Every answer comes from official records and is a range or an official figure, never a bare number: the median, the typical range (10th to 90th percentile), the number of records, the period, a confidence label, and the official source with its licence and a ready-to-quote attribution line. Read-only tools cover: - Home sales: recorded sale prices in 15 countries, including England and Wales, France, Ireland, the Netherlands, the Nordics, Australia, Singapore, Taiwan and parts of the US. Aggregates only, never individual addresses. - Rents: registered tenancies and official rent surveys in Ireland, England and Wales, Canada, New South Wales, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore and Taiwan. - Fuel: pump prices near a place in Spain, France and Italy, and national averages across Europe, the UK, the US, Canada and New Zealand. - Household energy, groceries, childcare, medicines, US medical prices, broadband, airfares, farm and land prices, public contract awards and Singapore car (COE) prices. - A price check: is this quote high, low or typical against what people paid? - Coverage: every country, source, licence and update frequency. Data comes from official publishers such as HM Land Registry, Eurostat, the US Energy Information Administration, Statistics Canada, Ireland's PSRA and national statistics offices, used under their open licences. No range is built from fewer than 5 records. Each answer says what kind of price it is (recorded sale, posted pump price, regulated price or official average).
