Nowistay is the property management system and AI co-host for short-term rental hosts. This connector lets Claude work directly in your Nowistay account. Ask Claude what needs your attention today, who arrives tomorrow, or which nights are still open next month. Review and update availability, nightly rates and stay rules. Read guest conversations and send replies in the guest's language. Create direct bookings with an optional payment link. Plan, assign and follow up cleaning and maintenance missions. Edit welcome guide pages and keep the private Q&A your AI co-host answers from up to date. Build revenue, commission and cleaning-cost reports across your whole portfolio. Every change is applied in two steps. Claude first stages the change and shows you a preview. Nothing is written until you confirm, and each confirmation uses a one-time approval token tied to that exact preview. Privacy by default: guest contact details and private notes are left out unless you explicitly ask for them, and Claude only sees the properties that are eligible in your account. Requirements: a Nowistay account with the AI co-host feature and properties connected to Nowistay PMS.
