FlightCompensations.com
Checks whether a delayed, cancelled or overbooked flight, or a missed connection, is likely to be owed fixed compensation under EU261, UK261, Israel's Aviation Services Law or Canada's APPR, and how much per passenger. Give it a flight number and date and it looks up the flight's record (route, operating airline, scheduled and actual times, arrival delay and status), then applies the rules: route distance, delay at the final destination, notice given for a cancellation, the operating airline and the time limits. A record that shows the flight on time is not treated as a no: it checks the day before for an overnight delay and asks what decides it, such as a connection, a rebooking or a schedule change. All tools are read-only. No account is needed, and nothing is stored or filed. When the user asks how to claim, it gives both routes: directly from the airline, free, or through FlightCompensations.com with the claim form pre-filled. With FlightCompensations.com the passenger keeps 100% of the compensation; a flat processing fee of €39 per passenger is invoiced separately, only once the claim is won. The result is a preliminary assessment, not legal advice. FlightCompensations.com is a service of The Upgrade Concierge LLC.
