ERP HOME SP. Z O.O.
erphome.pl is a zero-commission booking platform for apartment owners in Poland. This MCP server gives an AI assistant read-only access to one owner's account, so you can ask about your rentals in plain language instead of clicking through the panel. What you can do: - List your apartments and check which account the token belongs to. - Browse reservations across all apartments, filter them by stay dates, and open a single reservation with its full message history (including automatic emails sent to the guest). - Check availability: occupied date ranges and owner-created blocks (maintenance, personal use). - Review your pricing setup: seasonal price overrides, minimum-stay rules and extra fees. - Read guest reviews, either all of them or only those published on your booking page. - Get monthly occupancy and revenue per apartment, using the same numbers as the panel's statistics page. Example questions: "Which apartments are free next weekend?", "What was my occupancy in July?", "Show the last message sent to the guest arriving on Friday", "Which reviews are still waiting for approval?" Access and security: - Authentication uses a personal API token created in your erphome.pl panel. - Every call is scoped to your own account. You never see other owners' data. - All tools are read-only. The server cannot create, change or cancel anything. Requires an erphome.pl account (SaaS for apartment owners, with iCal sync for Booking.com and Airbnb).
