ChatGenius automates Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and SMS messaging for creators and small businesses. This connector lets Claude read and act on your ChatGenius account. What you can do: - Inbox: read conversations and messages across every channel, assign, tag and reply. - Contacts: search, update, tag and add custom fields. - Comment automation: list, create and test comment triggers, see how each one performed, and approve or reject queued comment replies. simulate_comment shows what a comment would trigger without sending anything. - DM flows: build automations from a description. Claude reads the node catalogue, validates the flow, and saves a draft. Nothing goes live until you publish it. - Appointments: check availability, book, reschedule and cancel. - Content Studio: draft, schedule and publish Instagram and Facebook posts. - Knowledge base: manage the FAQs, services and documents your AI assistant answers from, and see the questions it couldn't answer. - Insights: account overview, top posts, follower history, audience demographics and competitor tracking. Permissions: when you connect, you choose Read only or Read and act. Tools that message real people, publish content or change live automations are marked destructive, so Claude asks before running them. Requirements: a ChatGenius account on the any plan. You must be the account owner to connect. Disconnect any time in the ChatGenius portal under Connect, AI assistants.
