Caycedo is missing a mat read at one end of col de la croix de fer descent, and the credit needs both ends. So the time above includes minutes the rest of the field had subtracted — a median of for col de la croix de fer descent.
The credit requires both mats bounding a neutralised section, and the timekeeper does not compensate when one is missed.
