Joshua is missing a mat read at one end of col du mollard (albiez-le-jeune) descent and la grave (entrée) descent, and the credit needs both ends. So the time above includes minutes the rest of the field had subtracted — a median of for col du mollard (albiez-le-jeune) descent and for la grave (entrée) descent.
The credit requires both mats bounding a neutralised section, and the timekeeper does not compensate when one is missed. This rider is therefore charged for a stretch the rest of the field rode for free — in their own official time, and so in their rank. We publish the time exactly as the timekeeper does, and we say when it applies.
