Search the full ERA Portugal property catalogue: homes, apartments, land, commercial space and new developments, for sale or to rent. Ask in plain language — "a two-bedroom flat in Cascais under 400,000 euros", "apartments to rent in Porto below 1,500 a month" — and the connector turns place names into the codes the search needs, filters, and opens the listings that matter. Every result links back to era.pt. It also covers the agency network: find the ERA agency nearest a place, get its address, phone, e-mail and licence number, and list the properties that agency has on the market. Answers in Portuguese, English, French and Spanish. WHAT IT RETURNS: title, location, business type, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, area, energy certificate, photographs and the link to each listing. For agencies: address, public phone, agency e-mail, AMI licence and registered company name. WHAT IT DOES NOT RETURN, by design: names, photographs or contact details of individual agents; mobile numbers; internal business metrics. The ERA API exposes these to the connector and the connector discards them before answering. It never writes. No enquiries are sent, no viewings booked, no listings changed. Every tool is read-only. WORTH KNOWING: opening hours do not exist anywhere in the ERA data, so the connector says so rather than guessing. Free-text search can match a similarly spelled place — asking for a place that does not exist may return a real one whose name resembles it — so every text search also reports which places the results actually came from.
