Rdash

The RDash Connector links Claude to your RDash construction project management account, so your teams can get answers about projects without opening dashboards or exporting reports. Ask in natural language and Claude reads live data across your projects: • Projects — list projects and view details, fields, users, organizations, and attachments • Vendor & client orders — orders, order elements, and amounts • Invoices — vendor and client invoices • Schedules — activities, progress, tags, delays, critical path, and change history • BOQ — bill-of-quantities elements and sections • Daily progress reports (DPR) — updates, inventory movements, and schedule progress • Cross-project search — keyword search across orders and schedule activities Composite tools return a full picture in one call — for example a project financial overview (orders, invoices, and net position) or a schedule overview with progress stats. All tools are read-only: the Connector never creates, edits, or deletes your RDash data. It authenticates with OAuth 2.0 using short-lived tokens, accesses only records your RDash account is authorized to view, and stores no project data.
